Analysis: doesn't sound warm, friendly or welcoming.
- sounds more like someone
giving directions. Needs re-phrasing.
After:
"...The hotel sits on
the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard, approx. 20 minutes from Tegel
Airport, and only a 5 minute walk from the main railway station, 'Zoologischer
Garten'."
