§ 1 - Gegenstand der Vereinbarung
BLANK unterstützt CE GmbH bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung ihrer Marketingstrategie im Vertriebsbereich der anbieterunabhängigen Finanzdienstleister als externe Vertriebsleitung mit besonderen Aufgaben!
BLANK ist gegenüber CE GmbH Handelsmakler gemäß § 93 des Handelsgesetzbuches der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und kann im Rahmen dieser Vereinbarung Anteile an den von CE GmbH in Deutschland angebotenen Investmentfonds auf der Basis der von CE GmbH vorgelegten Emissions- bzw. Verkaufsunterlagen selbst und über Untervermittler (Pool-Partner) vermitteln. Eine Verpflichtung hierzu übernimmt BLANK jedoch nicht!
§ 2 - Aufgaben von BLANK
BLANK akquiriert in professioneller Weise natürliche und juristische Personen als freie Vermittler der Anteile an den von CE GmbH zum Vertrieb zur Verfügung gestellten Investmentfonds, liefert diesen regelmäßig Branchen- und Produktinformationen und bietet besondere Maßnahmen zur Aus- und Weiterbildung an.

§ 1 - Subject Matter of the Agreement.
BLANK shall support CE GMBH in the development and implementation of its marketing strategy in the sales area of independent financial services providers as external sales manager with special functions.
With respect to CE GMBH, BLANK is a merchant broker under § 93 of the Handelsgesetzbuches (commercial code) of the Federal Republic of Germany and may within the scope of this agreement handle shares of the investment funds offered by CE GMBH in Germany itself and through sub-brokers (pool partners) on the basis of the offer and sales documents furnished by CE GMBH. BLANK assumes no obligation for this, however.
§ 2 - BLANK's Responsibilities
BLANK shall recruit in a professional manner natural persons and legal entities as independent brokers of shares in the investment funds made available for sale by CE GMBH, shall provide industry and product information to them on a regular basis and shall offer special programs for training and further education.
