Locking mushroom pushbutton, stops

rotating left and pulling.

3.1. Pushbutton lights
red:
à check if emergency stop
pushbutton is activated, release if necessary. Operate “Emergency stop
fault” illuminated pushbutton.
Activated emergency stop pushbuttons
(on control panel / at workstations) are indicated by red lamps on the
general plant schematic on the control panel.
The emergency stop monitoring is
switched on by operating the switch (signal extinguishes).
3.2. Pushbutton flashes red
(approx. every 0.5 sec.):

lamps on the CPU, contact the manufacturer or read the Siemens control
manual. Once the fault is corrected the
indicator lamp extinguishes automatically.
By operating the
switch, remedied faults are acknowledged or reset (signal
goes out).
5.
“Horn and
light test”
pushbutton
1.
Acoustic warning: à when plant is switched on, horn sounds immediately
upon operating the pushbutton.
2.
For control purposes: à all control lamps light
when key-switch is off.
6.
Indicator
lamp “Operating on”
Indicates that the plant is switched
on.
7.
Pushbutton and
signal “Start cycle”
7.1. Pushbutton shines
green:
Release for start of automatic
cycle

Automatic cycle running
8.
“Counter” display
The left digit displays the selected
curing line, the right digit displays the number of formwork cars in the
corresponding curing line.
Flashing numbers indicate an
erroneous counter value (more than 15 cars) in one of the three curing
lines.
9.
“Counter” selector switch
Using the selector switch the
counter display can be switched to curing line 1, 2 or 3.
